Input needed on management plan for Greater Prairie-Chicken
Have you heard of the Greater prairie-chicken? This is an extremely charismatic wildlife species in Wisconsin. People travel from all over to watch their intriguing mating display each spring. Wisconsin DNR is drafting a new management plan for this species and an initial proposal outlines four possible paths forward through 2032.
