Puerto Rico–Wisconsin Bird Migratory Project

The Global Environmental Teachings program located within the Wisconsin Center for Environmental Education at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is flapping their wings real hard in support of our little feathered friends. As an effort to bring more awareness and knowledge to K-12 educators and students in Puerto Rico and Wisconsin concerning neotropical migratory birds, GET is developing a bird migration trunk for Puerto Rico. These trunks will contain 15-20 binoculars, curriculum, identification books, and other resources for the outdoor classroom.
