Turtle-Flambeau Flowage Scenic Waters Area

This 14,000-acre flowage offers more than 180 miles of white pine and birch shoreline, as well as hundreds of small islands. A truly wild area of forest, wetland and river.

Directions: From Mercer travel 1.3 miles north on Hwy. 51, then one mile south on Cty. FF, then one mile to Popko Circle. Drive 1.4 miles to Joe’s Shack Road, branching left for 0.8 miles to the Little Turtle Flowage Wildlife Area.
